Since 2004, the ASUN Patron Series has brought a wide range of entertainment to the ASU-Newport community. 
 

In celebration of Manufacturing Day 2018, Arkansas State University-Newport will host high school students from thirteen school districts to show them what modern manufacturing looks like.

Arkansas State University-Newport is thrilled to share 100% of its Surgical Technology students passed their national board examinations. 

As a member of the Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, the ASUN Surgical Technology annually reports their outcomes.

Arkansas State University-Newport and the AARP are joining forces again to present a Driver Safety Course for ASU-Newport at Jonesboro.  The course will be held Friday, Sept. 14 and will run from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m on the ASUN-Jonesboro campus.

Fall classes begin on August 20, and one of the first things students will notice is a big change at the ASU-Newport Bookstore. We are excited to introduce the SOAR Textbook Program which stands for Save On A Rental Textbook Program. 

Instruction in the classroom is only a fraction of what Arkansas State University-Newport instructors encourage for their students. While perfecting their chosen craft, many programs require their students to take part in an internship.

Arkansas State University is pleased to welcome Mallory Jordan as the newest addition to its Marketing and Communications Department. Jordan will serve as the Marketing and Communications Specialist. 

Arkansas State University-Newport is pleased to share Robert Burgess is the new Dean for Applied Science.

It’s important for teachers to build relationships with their students. Many teachers will say it’s one of the defining characteristics of student success. One assistant professor at ASU-Newport goes beyond just building a relationship with her students.
