- Complete an online ASUN application at www.asun.edu
- Submit high school transcript or GED
- Submit ACT/College Entrance scores
- Proof of 2 doses of the MMR vaccine
- If applicable, a college transcript
- Must include a copy of valid Arkansas Driver’s license (for insurance purposes you must have less than 10 points on your record).

- Complete a pole climbing evaluation (must be scheduled in advance)
