Program Overview

The Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (Traditional Pathway) offers a comprehensive education in nursing, preparing students for the NCLEX-RN licensure exam. The program covers key areas such as anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, medical-surgical nursing, and maternal-child health. Students learn to provide holistic care, including health assessment, patient education, and nursing interventions. Fall Semester applications due on July 10th!
Spring Semester applications due on Oct. 15th!

Application Requirements

A minimum NEX score of 130 is required to be considered in the selection process.
Must submit an unofficial/official transcript reflecting grades for all prerequisite courses with the application.
Completion of all prerequisite courses with a "C" or better:
Composition I
Introduction to Nutrition
Introduction to Psychology
Math for Health Professions
Anatomy & Physiology I and Lab
