Applications for the practical nursing program are due on the following dates:
Fall Semester applications due on July 10th!
Spring Semester applications due on Oct. 15th!
Applicants will be notified of acceptance via email 4 weeks after the application deadline. Click the link below to complete the application. You must complete this application in addition to the application for admission to ASUN.
Application Requirements
- A minimum NEX score of 130 is required to be considered in the selection process.
Sign Up for the NEX Exam - Must submit an unofficial/official transcript reflecting grades for all prerequisite courses with the application.
- Completion of all prerequisite courses with a "C" or better:
- Composition I
- Introduction to Nutrition
- Math for Health Professions
- Anatomy & Physiology I with Lab AND Anatomy & Physiology II with Lab OR Bodys Structure and Function
