Dual Enrollment
Details
Dual Enrollment allows high school students to take courses on an ASU-Newport campus or online, with a mix of high school and college students. This program is ideal for students who want to get a head start on college by earning credits early, challenging themselves academically, and experiencing college life while still in high school.
Location
Students attend classes either on an ASUN campus or online alongside ASUN students.
Cost
Students are responsible for paying tuition and fees for the courses they take, as well as purchasing their textbooks. However, students taking ASUN courses while still in high school may be eligible for the ADHE Concurrent Challenge Scholarship. Learn more about the ADHE Concurrent Scholarship.

Concurrent Enrollment
Details
Concurrent Enrollment involves college level courses taught on the high school campus or online by credentialed high school faculty. This program offers a convenient way for students to start earning college credits without leaving their high school environment.
Location
Students attend these classes at their high school or online through ASUN.
Cost
Students are responsible for paying tuition and fees and purchasing textbooks unless provided by the high school. When taking concurrent classes at a high school during regular school hours, tuition is provided at a reduced rate. Students may also be eligible for the ADHE Concurrent Challenge Scholarship.
