Institutional Learning Outcome (ILO) Assessment
ASUN provides core courses to instill general education knowledge, skills, and attitudes which are then reinforced through the academic and technical curriculum as well as co-curricular initiatives and experiences. The focus includes three major areas of competency:
ILO 1: Communication: Students will express ideas, knowledge, and concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Data Request
How to submit a data request
To submit a request for data please send an email to Data_Request@asun.edu and include the following information:
NAME: Name of the Requestor
DATE: Enter the date when the request is submitted
DEPARTMENT: Indicate what department the request is coming from
TITLE/POSITION: Position of the requestor
EMAIL: Requestors email
PRIORITY: Enter priority level: LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Please indicate whether this data will be used internally or externally, the purpose of the request and how the results will be used
REQUEST: Please specify the information requested; Include any time or period you would like covered such as academic year, terms, and include the type of information needed such as enrollment data etc. Please ensure that the request is as detailed as possible.

**This online data request form helps optimize our ability to receive and respond to data requests. After you submit your request an IR staff member will review your request within three business days and follow up with questions if necessary. If the data is available, he/she will work with you to determine an approximate timeline to extract the data and/or generate the report. To ensure that we can meet your desired timeline, please submit your request at least two weeks prior to when the information will be needed. Complex data requests will take longer, so please give us as much advanced notice as possible.
